Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals both services and IP from Maika Collective.
  • Prospect penetrate and create new relationships with clients.
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
  • Keep up with the sales target which already set by company (individual sales targets with the sales team).
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal costumers and how they relate to our products.
  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.



    Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in media / agency industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
